Is there a commitment?+
No. All three plans have no commitment. PRO and BUSINESS prices are in euros excl. VAT, per vehicle per month.
What does the FREE plan include?+
The Bluetooth connection to your ATA taxi meter, out-of-zone settings, diagnostics, immediate and scheduled rides, 1001TAXIS bookings and unlimited partner missions, and 3 quotes and 3 invoices.
Does the app work with my ATA taxi meter?+
Yes, with the latest-generation ATA taxi meters: Primus 2.0 with ATA CONNECT+, the Révolution range with ATA CONNECT+, and the Révolution+ range with communication card. Older taxi meters, such as the Primus Power, are not compatible: for an upgrade, contact your installer or ATA.
Where do ride requests come from?+
From several sources, all centralised in myCloudTaxi: your direct customers via 1001TAXIS, your partners (hotels, shops, venues), companies through the B2B spaces, the InterTaxi network for continuity of service between drivers, and other connected ride flows.
Is certification paid?+
No, it is entirely free: no fee for checking the driver or for validating the vehicle. It is available from the PRO plan and ensures the compliance and safety of the service.
Can I use several vehicles?+
Yes. myCloudTaxi manages one or several vehicles, even with several drivers, from a single account. Each driver connects to the vehicle over Bluetooth at the start of the day, which automatically associates their activity with that vehicle. If the wrong vehicle is selected, the app flags it.
Do I need an Internet connection?+
Yes, on the smartphone, to synchronise data and access rides, messages and bookings. On the taxi meter side, the connection is optional on the FREE plan and recommended for advanced features, such as automatic ride transfer.
When does electronic invoicing become mandatory?+
E-invoicing is a European requirement, applied on a schedule specific to each country. The BUSINESS plan handles both receiving and issuing electronic invoices.
Is there a commission on 1001TAXIS bookings?+
No. Your customers book you directly, with no commission and no intermediary platform.
