Do I have to send my documents to get started?+

No, not to create direct links with your own passengers. Just sign up.

Why should I get my account certified?+

To receive rides from the network's other passengers. Your taxi documents (professional card, ADS, insurance) are checked once, and you become a trusted taxi. Verification is available from the PRO plan.

What if I can't take a ride?+

With InterTaxi, you offer it to network drivers who are able to take it (PRO plan).

What is 1001TAXIS for, as a driver?+

To grow your direct customer base and receive rides without an intermediary: keep your own passengers loyal, be booked easily through the app, receive rides from companies and partners, and keep a direct relationship with your customers.

How do I keep my customers loyal?+

Share your digital card by link, personal QR code, message or email: the passenger adds you as a favourite. A QR code can also be printed on the ride ticket, which the customer scans to create a direct link with you. You can also create partner spaces (hotels, restaurants, shops) and B2B spaces for companies.

Can my customers contact me directly?+

Yes. A passenger with a direct relationship with you, as a favourite or through a direct link, can call you or write to you by chat at any time. For a ride, contact remains possible during the approach, the pick-up and until about 1 hour afterwards.

Are 1001TAXIS passengers verified?+

Yes. The passenger's phone number is always verified, when a direct relationship is created, when a booking is made through the app, and even when the ride comes from an external flow such as InterTaxi.
